- BLE closes its facility down from November 26-29 and December 23 thru January 1. Team weekend time slots will still be available on November 28-29.
- BLE reserves the right to remove players and/or parents from our facilities if we deem their actions are creating a distraction to the players, instructors, parents, or the overall training environment.
- A dress code is strictly enforced: Tennis shoes , baseball pants or equivalent, NO JEANS. Hat optional.
- All players must wear sneakers to all workouts. No cleats or skate boarding shoes (vans). Shoes must have ankle support, laced up, CLEAN, AND DRY. The shoes your son trains in must be dry due to our field turf.
- No sunflower seeds, chewing tobacco, drinks, or food on the training floor.
- Place all equipment bags behind the chain link fenced area that is reserved for player bags.
- When waiting for your upcoming training session- do not congregate near the entrance.
- Our parking lot is limited. The other businesses located around our facility have allowed BLE customers to park there. Additionally, do not block anyone or any semi. You will be towed at your own expense.
- All team meetings are to be held after your weekend training slot in the bullpen area or scheduled out with the front desk.
- All payments are due on or before the 5th of each scheduled month (team training) or at the time of enrollment. You can pay by check, cash, or credit card (in person or over the phone). There is a $25 late fee. All returned checks incur a $25 fee.
- Refunds are ONLY issued with a valid doctor’s note.
- For Team Training, team rentals of BLE, Elite 100, College and Pro Pitching and Hitting Workouts, and Advanced Pitching clinic, the initial deposit that is collected up front is NON REFUNDABLE.
- Once the first session of a training program begins, all payments, fees, and/or dues are NON REFUNDABLE, unless a valid doctor’s note is issued.
- All private and mechanics lessons require 24 hr notice in advance to cancel. You may be charged up to the full amount of lesson if proper notice is not given.
- In the event that BLE cancels workouts due to weather, facility, or maintenance issues, it will be posted on the website by 1:00 PM that day. Check our website or call the facility to find out. Make up sessions will be scheduled and are TBD.
- BLE reserves the right to utilize its facility on the weekends for local league tryouts or events that BLE deems beneficial towards improving the careers and/or exposure to the next level of all of our Team Training players (i.e.- scout combine, special guest appearances by MLB personnel, etc.) We will give your team coaches a two week notice via email. We expect about 2-4 of these events each year. Some teams may experience their weekend time slot being canceled more than others. Additionally, BLE will compensate all teams with use of the Allstar 5000 and/or extra training sessions with BLE instructors.
