D1 Player Development

2x per week workouts lasting 90min each. Hitting, pitching, fielding, and strength with the D1 Roving Instruction Staff at BLE. Trains Tools- NOT MECHANICAL EXECUTION.

Oct 3 - Nov 2 (strength training ONLY). Nov 7 - Feb 29  (baseball specific and strength).

ALL D1 DRIVEN TRAINERS AND COACHES EXCLUSIVELY TRAIN D1 DRIVEN ATHLETES ONLY.

In Season Maintenance

Bi-Monthly practices with the D1 Roving Instruction Staff to assist with in season and live game training needs.

Apr 1 - June 20. 90min workouts every other week. Held at local field or at BLE.

Weekend Rental Slot

Weekend Team oriented workouts with team coaches and D1 Rovers- working TEAM oriented training for hitting, defense, and pitching. Focus is upon mental baseball, communication, in-game strategies, bunt plays, and more.

College Coaches

Every week is dedicated towards a different D1 "training affiliated" college baseball program and its coaching staff whom will come into weekday workouts and helps train D1 athletes. This provides exclusive showcasing and recruiting opportunities, college branding, and opens up lines of communication between college coach and athlete.

College Recruiting

D1 athletes (15-18U) will be exposed to major recruiting opportunities through 10 different colleges at all levels. All college recruiting conducted through D1 Roving Instruction staff.

Summer College Camp

Exclusive annual college baseball camp for all D1 athletes and teams. WSU slated for 2012.

D1 Summer Combine

Full D1 combine involving training, intra-squad games, tournament action, and more. All college baseball coaches will be present. Building more opportunities and a great way for D1 teams to invite others for recruitment purpose(s). TBA.

Logistical Support

Scheduling, field procurement, budgeting, fundraising, tournaments and league scheduling, uniforms, insurance, and more provided. COACHES COACH, PLAYERS PLAY, PARENTS CHEER, AND D1 DRIVEN TRAINS AND PROVIDES EVERYTHING ELSE IN THE MIDDLE.

Rovers are only allowed to coach a D1 Baseball Club team and cannot instruct in any other baseball organization. All rovers are HS coaches, ollege coaches, or former and current professional baseball players.
