LABC-USA TEAM COACHES 2013




All LABC coaches for the United States are some of the best baseball coaches around. Their knowledge of the game and coaching expertise provides ample leadership that is required to win on an international baseball stage.



JIM PARQUE
 - Parque is a former major league starting pitcher (1997-2007) whom pitched for the White Sox, Rays, Dbacks, and Mariners. His career highlights include a Triple A World Series Championship, Olympic Bronze medal, American League Central Championship, and College World Series berth in 1997 with UCLA. He was a 2x All American at UCLA and grew up in Southern California.





MIKE NADEAU
- Mike Nadeau was the head baseball coach at Pierce College before moving onto Division I baseball at Seattle U. He played for the Baltimore Orioles (Double A) as an infielder and attended OSU in college, playing infield for them.

Nadeau has coached on a national level and is a consistent baseball consultant for multiple DeMarini Top 96 Showcase Camps nationally. He currently has 2 children and is married.





CHRIS PERA
 - Is currently the Varsity high school coach at Whitney High School in the Sacramento, CA area. Pera has coached at multiple levels and resides in El Dorado Hills, CA.

Pera has coached the USA teams in the LABC tournament for two years at the 14U and 16U levels. His knowledge of the game helped produce a 16U title in 2013 for the United States.





JASON MACKINTOSH
 - Mackintosh finished his professional baseball career playing Triple A baseball in the Seattle Mariners organization. He also played college baseball at Cerra Cosa College in Ridgcrest, CA.

Jason also played Independant professional baseball in Hawaii and the Midwest. He currently resides in Utah and coaches in the area.






TERRELL HANSEN
 - Hansen played professional baseball for the New York Mets and reached as high as Triple A. He played college baseball for Washington State University and currently coaches multiple levels in youth baseball around Washington State.

Hansen is a well respected coach based in the Pacific Northwest and will be a great addition to the LABC-USA coaching staff.
 







CODY RYCKMAN
 
- Rickman played baseball at the University of Washington and has coached at multiple levels of the game. He is very knowledgeable of the game and provides major upside for player mentorship in the areas of baseball specific strength, motivational mental skills, and situational baseball.

Ryckman also is a top level strength and conditioning coach whose expertise continues to develop PNW athletes in baseball.


BA GARNER - Garner is currently the pitching coach at Pierce College. He played at Hawaii Pacific University during his collegiate playing days.

RICH PETERSON - Peterson currently is the Seattle PD combat skills trainer and has worked with the Army Rangers, Special Forces, and multiple MMA fighters throughout his career. He takes this hardnosed approach into his baseball coaching knowledge that has provided his teams with highly successful winning seasons. 

DAN PARKER - Parker is an assistant baseball coach at Napa Valley College and played professional baseball in the Houston Astros organization. Dan played college baseball for Diablo Valley College in Pleasant Hill, CA. He is currently married and has a daughter.

JC COWAN - Cowan has coached competitive Select baseball across the country for 15+ seasons, winning on a national and regional level. His son, Jordan Cowan is a college bound Senior. Cowan is married with 2 kids.
