6000 square foot athletic fitness gym operated by PerformanceFit360. Offers commercial grade treadmills,
performance strength and agility and baseball specifc strength equipment. Stained concrete flooring throughout,
hardwood walls, flat screen TVs, Direct TV, and stereo surround sound.
Team meeting room with food area.
Pro shop and team logo/art design with wholesale pricing on uniforms, apparel, and baseball equipment.

5 minutes: $5
10 minutes: $9

*Allstar 5000 video pitching machine: $25 per 30 minutes. 1 pitch every 7 seconds. Throws every type of
pitch, location, and speeds from 40-93MPH.
