BLE can now teach an individual player advanced mental and mechanical skills through level specific training, without having to repeat training already learned.

All lessons are one hour long and include strength training and conditioning

Becoming a Professional Hitter (Level I)- $170

Four lessons (hour long per lesson)

Trains the four essential mechanics to being a balanced hitter- stance, load, stride, and swing

BLE instructor must give approval to move forward. Minimum of two months required to move onto next level
Increasing your Offensive Production (Level II)- $190
- Four lessons (hour long per lesson)
- Trains hitters to keep the hands inside the baseball, stay through the pitch longer (improved power output), and improves balance for a more effective approach to all types of pitches
- BLE instructor will give approval to move onto the next level. Minimum of two months required to move onto the next level.
Professional Hitter's Approach to Dominating Pitching (Level III)- $200
- Four lessons (hour long per lesson)
- Trains hitter to approach pitchers mentally in order to stay consistent with offensive production- no matter how good the pitching
