Elite 100

The Elite 100 is a high intensity training program that incorporates a full major league off season training regimen. It is recommended for players who exhibit the utmost dedication and desire to the game of baseball. Players MUST tryout for the Elite 100 or receive a BLE recommendation to enroll. Players interested in trying out do not need to register for tryout. They can just show up on October 10th or 11th at the open tryout, at 6:30 PM, held at the BLE facility.

This is a highly exclusive program that requires certain baseball abilities so that BLE can teach the program's highly advanced skills.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

Open tryout for Elite 100 held on October 7th at 6:30 PM at the BLE facility
Call BLE about receiving a recommendation if you have previously trained with BLE
November 14 thru February 27 (no workout Nov. 28th or Dec. 23rd)
Total cost- $800
$350 non-refundable down payment / $150 per month thereafter (December thru February)
4 month full financial commitment
Train as a hitter or pitcher
All workouts are on Friday evenings (6:10-7:10)
Age groups are 8-10, 11-12, 13-14, and 15-18
Unlimited use of the Allstar5000 during workouts (watch this machine in action at www.AllStar5000.com- type in "www")
Scheduled "0pen hours" for all Elite 100 members on weekends to utilize our facility
1:3 instructor to student training ratio

PROGRAM DETAILS

This program was designed by Jim Parque. It is a highly specific program that deals with advanced baseball skill building.
Gain the mental edge under any type of game pressure and situation.
Strength training and speed and agility exercises are currently utilized by many MLB Organizations. It is baseball and position (hitter or pitcher) specific. All functional training that does not use weights.
Learn how to become a mental player- which is the only way to the top.
The Elite 100 teaches players how to maximize their personal talents under any game pressure and/or situation.
