•  In the event a valid doctor's note is presented stating player is prohibited from participating in sports related activities for more than 15 days, that month's training due will be either pro-rated or refunded in full.
• There are NO Team Training workouts November 21-23 and December 23-Jan 4.
• The $360 player down payment is non refundable unless a valid doctor's note is presented (BEFORE NOVEMBER 1^st) that states player is prohibited from participating in sports related activities for more than 30 days. No exceptions!!!
• The $800 team deposit to reserve the team's training slot is non refundable.
• Teams must maintain atleast 11 paid players throughout entire program or they will lose their weekend time slot.
• Parents MUST notify BLE- IN WRITING OR EMAIL- in the event that player stops training with BLE because he/she left their team. If BLE does not receive this information- IN WRITING OR EMAIL- BLE will continue to bill monthly dues. These "dues" will be assessed late fees and will be required to be paid- even if player was not present for training. DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT INFORMING BLE VIA EMAIL OR IN WRITING. OTHERWISE, YOU WILL CONTINUE TO BE BILLED AND WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY ANY AND ALL TRAINING FEES- WHETHER YOU WERE PRESENT OR NOT!!!!
•  Monthly dues are $212.50 per month (November thru February) and are due on or before the 5^th of each month. A late fee of $10 will be assessed for all monthly dues that are late.
• Payment can be in the form of cash, check, or credit card. A $25 fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
• BLE reserves the right to ban players, teams, and/or their parents from our facility- WITHOUT REFUND- if they are disruptive to the training environment, disrespectful to BLE staffing, become a safety concern to others, or purposefully damage equipment.
  

ELITE 100:

• This program is a four month financial commitment. The entire $695 will be due, EVEN IF YOUR SON DECIDES TO STOP TRAINING (see bullet point number #3).
• There are NO Elite 100 workouts on Nov. 23 and Dec. 28.
• In the event a valid doctor's note states player is prohibited from participating in sports related activities for more than 15 days, that month's training due will be either pro-rated or refunded in full.
•  In the event a valid doctor's note states that player is prohibited from participating in sports related activities for more than 40 days, parents can opt out of the Elite 100 program and will no longer be obligated to pay the full four month financial commitment.
• The $350 player down payment is non refundable unless a valid doctor's note is presented (BEFORE NOVEMBER 1^st) that states player is prohibited from participating in sports related activities for more than 30 days. No exceptions!!!
• Monthly dues are $115 per month (December thru February).
• BLE reserves the right to ban players and/or their parents from our facility- WITHOUT REFUND- if they are disruptive to the training environment, disrespectful to BLE staffing, become a safety concern to others, or purposefully damage equipment.

• Players can cancel up to 48 HOURS PRIOR to the beginning of the first scheduled training session of enrolled clinic. After the "48 hour cancellation" period has ended, all payments are non refundable.
• All lessons must be rescheduled 24 hours in advance. Once the 24 hour "rescheduling period" has ended, lesson must be attended and will not be rescheduled, refunded, or credited back to account.
• Full payment is required, up front, to schedule any lessons.
• Payment can be in the form of cash, check, or credit card.

• If player misses a scheduled clinic and/or training session, no refund or credit will be issued.
• Clinics and/or training sessions are not subject to rescheduling or make ups. In the event BLE reschedules or cancels a training session, BLE will offer a credit or pro-rated refund (if training session is NOT rescheduled).
• Check the BLE home page at www.BigLeagueEdge.com for any rain out related information. Rain out information will be posted two hours prior to start of any scheduled training session and/or game.
