OVERVIEW:
This explosive "team oriented" training program has NO CURRICULUM. There is only one goal- to build a championship winning team filled with champions. The individualized style of training that all BLE coaches utilize will focus on the individual's abilities- NOT TEAM OR GROUP abilities!!!!
BLE can accomplish this through training logistics that include small focus groups, one team per training time, and a high number of SENIOR BLE INSTRUCTORS!!! Involved in this program are:
-
Jim Parque- (6 yr. major league veteran)
-
Giomar Guivara- (Seattle Mariners Shortstop 2001)
-
Marc Wiese- (NY Mets and SPSL Coach of the year)
-
Ron Rakowski- Tacoma College pitching coach
-
Mark Percosky- San Diego Padres Organization
-
Orion Jones- head coach for Pierce College
-
Jason Mackintosh- Triple A Tacoma Rainiers Pitcher
-
Jeff Hebner- GRCC Infielding coach
-
Quientin Poil- WSU, Yakima JC coach, and Select team coach of perrinal powerhouse 16U Roxx
-
Larry Marshall- Pacific Lutheran head coach and Select team coach of perinnal powerhouse 13U Knights
-
Dennis Voss- Naches Varsity head coach and Select team coach of perinnal powerhouse 13U Shockers
TRAINING DETAILS:
- Offensive Training- Prevalent throughout the training world are instructors and "how to" guides that teach lower half mechanics. However, it is IMPOSSIBLE to consistently hit high velocity pitching and/or sharp breaking balls without solid upper half mechanics. Elite Team Training requires players to have a good sense of lower half mechanics that have been taught by everyone else. Now learn the upper half mechanics of using your hands, planing your shoulders, and creating much needed "whip" with the elbows and wrists.
- Pitching Training- If you want to dominate hitters and get paid to play this game- TRAIN WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS. Jim Parque, Jason Mackintosh, and Mark Percosky have all been paid to play this game by dominating the best hitters in the game. Under their guidence, pitchers will learn how to utilize their hips to consistently develop and locate fastballs, increase their velocity with the "wrist flip" and "explosion transfer", develop a "two speed fastball", and improve and/or develop knee buckling off speed pitches that exhibit bite. Pitchers will also see a big increase in their mound presence that includes pitch selection, intimidation of hitters, and ability to pitch inside effectively.
- Fielding Training- Fancy footwork and pretty glove flips can be used for underpowered grounders. Elite Team Training footwork, glove work, and advanced angles can be used when the baseball is hit by an oversized hitter who is moving on to the next level!!! Learn what it takes to have "soft hands" and the big time range needed to field shots up the middle and in the hole. Outfielders, 1st basemen, catchers, and middle infielders will learn all the ins and outs of their position.
Video Analysis Found Nowhere Else
BLE burns individual DVDs of all video sessions to provide achivable videos for the individual. This allows the indvidual the ability to track progression and REFERENCE past training sessions to assist with reducing future slump times.
